General Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on IT Manager to lead and maintain our organization’s technology environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational setting, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and can balance strategic oversight with day-to-day execution. Experience supporting manufacturing environments is especially valuable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Network Management: Build, maintain, and optimize the company’s network infrastructure to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Workstation Setup & Support: Configure, deploy, and maintain individual workstations, ensuring employees have the tools they need to perform effectively.
  • Security Oversight: Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, manage access controls, and ensure the protection of company data and systems.
  • Archiving & Data Management: Oversee data storage, backup, and archiving processes to ensure compliance, continuity, and recoverability.
  • Government Security Compliance: Maintain and enforce compliance with applicable government security standards and regulations.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support across the organization, resolving issues efficiently and minimizing downtime.
  • Vendor & Systems Management: Coordinate with external vendors and manage IT-related contracts, tools, and systems as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including hands-on infrastructure and systems support.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, and workstation management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with leadership and staff.
  • Familiarity with government security compliance requirements is a plus.
