Position: Data Entry Clerk/ Office Assistant

Location:   100% IN OFFICE POSITION, in Cameron Park, CA
Status:   Full Time
Hours:   Monday - Friday

General Description:
Responsible for compiling, entering and processing customer data, request for quote, pulling drawings,
expediting orders, data for the day-to-day operations of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain files and storage system
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Retrieve documents and files when requested.
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Review, acknowledge and expedite customer purchase orders
  • Become familiar with customer needs
  • Enter data accurately
  • Determine data entry priorities
  • Must be able to work in an office setting with discreet and professional manner

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of similar experience
  • Experience with computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and ERP shop software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Professionalism
  • Able to multi-task
