General Description:
We’re seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support fullcycle HR operations and help shape a positive, highperformance employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, enjoys improving processes, and is passionate about supporting people and culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage fullcycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Lead newhire orientation and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Administer performance management and evaluation processes.
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and employment laws (wage and hour, safety, and leave requirements).
  • Support benefits administration and HRIS data accuracy.
  • Assist with training, development, and changemanagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR metrics, reporting, and recordkeeping.
  • Support initiatives that improve company culture, retention, and employee satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or otherwise identified.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience, including payroll.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
  • HR certification and strong knowledge of California labor laws preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Experience with Paylocity is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problemsolving, and organizational skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
